| Abstrakt: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hrozbami ruské bezpečnosti jakožto sociálními konstrukty. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaká témata označuje Ruská federace za hrozby pro její národní bezpečnost ve svých vládních dokumentech a jaká témata označuje Vladimír Putin jako hrozby pro ruskou národní bezpečnost v jeho posledním volebním období. Dalším dílčím cílem bylo zjistit, jak je formulování hrozeb pro ruskou bezpečnost ovlivněno percepcí aktivit Spojených států amerických jako hrozeb a jaký vliv mají na percepci hrozeb ideové základy ruské zahraniční politiky. První část práce je věnována konceptualizaci bezpečnosti a vlivu národní identity na zahraniční politiku států. Další část je věnována přehledu ideových proudů ruské zahraniční politiky a jejich vlivu na zahraniční politiku Ruska po rozpadu SSSR. Stěžejní část práce je složená z obsahových analýz obsahové analýzy oficiálních vládních dokumentů Ruské federace a analýzy projevů V. Putina. Následuje komparace výsledků analýz. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty poznatky z výzkumu. |
| Abstrakt v dalším jazyce: | The topic of this thesis is the research of the threats of the Russian national security as social constructions. The main aim is to find out what topics are perceived as the threats to the Russian national security, what threats are declared in the russian official governmental documents and what perceives Vladimir Putin as the threat to the Russian security. The secondary objectives are to find out a) how the perception of the threats is influenced by the perception of the activity of the United States as the main threat to the Russian national security and b) what kind of russian foreign policy ideas thinking influences the perception of the threats in years 2012 2016. The research hypotesis and research question are formulated at the beginnig of the thesis. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to the conceptualization of the security and the influence of the national identity on the foreign policy of states. The russian foreign policy ideas thinking and their influence on the russian foreign policy after the collapse of the Soviet Union are introduced in the next part of the thesis. The main part of the thesis is dedicated to the analysis of the russian official governmental documents and the analysis of the speeches of Vladimir Putin. The final part contains the comparison of the results of both analyses. In the end of the thesis the main arguments for confirmation the research hypotesis are introduced and the reserach questions are answered. |
