| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce byl pohled sestry standardního interního oddělení na poruchy vědomí a ošetřovatelskou péči o tyto pacienty. Teoretická část se zabývá anatomii a fyziologií centrálního nervového systému. Dále se zabývá tím, co je to vědomí, jaké jsou poruchy vědomí a jak je dělíme. Popisuje též vyšetřovací metody a skórovací škály vědomí. Praktická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na kazuistiky dvou pacientů s poruchami vědomí. Je zde popsán model ošetřovatelské péče podle M. Gordonové a ošetřovatelské diagnózy podle tohoto modelu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the thesis was the sight of a standard internal department nurses to consciousness disorders and nursing care for these patients. The theoretical part deals with the anatomy and physiology of the central nervous system. It also deals with what it is consciousness, which are disorders of consciousness and how it is divided. Also describes methods of investigation and a scoring scale of consciousness. The practical part is focused on two case reports of patients with disorders of consciousness. There is described a model of nursing care by M. Gordon and nursing diagnosis according to this model |
