| Abstract: | Má bakalářská práce se zabývá komplexní péčí o dítě s atopickým ekzémem. Celková péče o dítě zahrnuje velké množství jednotlivých úkonů, které rodiče musí vykonávat, aby se projevy tohoto onemocnění dále nezhoršovaly. V teoretické části práce důkladně popisuji anatomii a fyziologii kůže. Dále vysvětluji, co je to alergie, a popisuji problematiku AE, který je obecně charakterizován jako chronické recidivující onemocnění, projevující se svěděním kůže. Nejčastěji se objevuje u dětí, proto je důležité, aby se na správné léčbě podíleli hlavně rodiče. Prevence a následně léčba tohoto onemocnění je závislá na dodržování určitých opatření. Je nutné, aby rodiče pečovali o dítě komplexně ve všech oblastech. Dostatek informací je důležitý předpoklad pro úspěšnou léčbu. V praktické části podrobně rozebírám tři kazuistiky dětí trpících AE a popisuji celkovou denní péči o ně. K této problematice jsem sestavila i edukační plány pro rodiče a vypracovala jsem i edukační leták. |
| Abstract in different language: | My bachelor thesis deals with complex care of a child with atopic eczema. Grand care involves a great deal of actions that parents have to carry out so that manifestations of this disorder do not deteriorate. In the theoretical part of this thesis, the skin anatomy and physiology is described in detail. I further elaborate on allergy and problematics of AE which is generally specified as a chronic recurrent disorder manifested by pruritus. It mostly affects children, therefore it is important parents were involved in the treatment. Prevention and following treatment of this disorder is dependent on abiding specific measures. It is necessary the parents take care about their child comprehensively in every way. Sufficient information is vital presumption for successful treatment. Three casuistries of children suffering from AE are analyzed in the practical part along with overall daily care. On this matter, I prepared educational plans and elaborated educational flayer. |
