Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku compliance pacientů k omezením vyplývajícím z jejich léčby po náhradě aortální chlopně mechanickou protézou. V práci jsou uvedeny příčiny vedoucí u pacientů k náhradě aortální chlopně mechanickou protézou, léčba a problematika péče po ukončení hospitalizace. V empirické části jsou zpracovány vztahy vybraných parametrů ovlivňujících dodržování léčby u těchto pacientů. |
Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis is focused on questions concerning patients´ compliance with limitations resulting from their treatment after the substitution of their aortic valve for mechanical prosthesis. The thesis deals with causes that lead to substitutions of aortic valve for mechanical prosthesis, treatment and questions concerning patients care after the hospitalization. Empiric part of the thesis processes relations between selected parameters that influence patients´ treatment compliance. |
