| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce "Time management v roli manažera cheerleadingového týmu" se zabývá efektivním hospodařením s časem v práci sportovního manažera se specializací na vedení cheerleadingového týmu. Při tvorbě bakalářské práce jsem vycházela především ze svých mnohaletých zkušeností. Teoretická část vymezuje pojmy management, time management a cheerleading. V praktické části se nachází analýza výzkumu, který zkoumá za pomoci dotazníkového šetření využití time managementu u 20 manažerů z oblasti cheerleadingu, dále analýza práce manažera konkrétního cheerleadingového týmu Blue Wings Cheerleaders a návrh opatření ve formě organizace semináře, který má za cíl zlepšit hospodaření s časem. Poslední část obsahuje rady pro zlepšení time managementu daných manažerů, které vycházejí z vlastních zkušeností a dlouholeté praxe. Cílem této práce je najít vhodné opatření pro zlepšení time managementu a poskytnout vhodný materiál pro manažery cheerleadingových týmů, kteří chtějí čas lépe zužitkovat. |
| Abstract in different language: | The Bachelor's thesis being submitted entitled "Time management in the role of manager of a cheerleading team" deals with effective time management in the work of a sports manager specialising in management of a cheerleading team. While creating the Bachelor's thesis, I in particular took my starting point from my own many years of experience. The theoretical section defines the terms management, time management and cheerleading. The practical section contains analysis of research which, with the aid of a questionnaire, investigates use of time management in the case of 20 cheerleading managers, as well as analysis of the work of the manager of a specific cheerleading team, the Blue Wings Cheerleaders and proposal for measures to be taken in the form of organisation of a seminar which aims to improve time management. The final section contains advice for improvement of time management of the given managers based on my own experience and many years of practice. The aim of this thesis is to find suitable measures to improve time management and to provide suitable material for managers of cheerleading teams who want to better utilise their time. |
