| Abstract: | V teoretické části je definován pojem marketing a popsané marketingové koncepce. Déle je zde definován pojem prodej, který se zaměřuje na jednotlivé prvky marketingového mixu, tedy cenu, komunikaci, distribuci a produkt. V teoretické části také je popsáno okolí podniku a to jak vnitřní tak i vnější prostředí. V závěru je vysvětlena SWOT analýza. V praktické části je popsán vybraný podnik a analýza jeho součastné situace. Dále je rozebrán marketingový mix na vybraný podnik. V praktické části se analyzuje situace daného podniku na základě SWOT analýzy. V závěru části jsou návrhy na zlepšení situace daného podniku. Tyto návrhy vychází z výsledků SWOT analýzy. |
| Abstract in different language: | In the theoretical part has been defineted term marketing and subscribed marketing´s conceptions. Furthermore is here defined the concept of a sale, which focuses on the individual elements of the marketing mix, i.e., price, communication, distribution, and product. In the theoretical part also described sorrounding of the company and both the internal and external environment. In the conclusion SWOT analysis is explaind. The practical part describes the selected company and analysis of its present situation.The practical part analyzes the situation of the selected company of the undertaking concerned on the basis of SWOT analysis. In the conclusion section are suggestions to improve the situation of the undertaking concerned. These proposals are based on the results of the SWOT analysis. |
