| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na time management u vysokoškolských studentů a jejich sklony k prokrastinačnímu chování. Práce obsahuje 3 hlavní kapitoly a několik podkapitol. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V první kapitole teoretické části je popsán pojem time management, vnímání času, historie a vývoj time managementu, plánování a techniky řízení času. Druhá kapitola popisuje pojem prokrastinace, příčiny prokrastinace a boj s prokrastinací. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na popis života vysokoškolských studentů, popisuje rozdíly mezi studiem na vysoké škole a vyšší odborné škole. Praktická část formou rozhovoru srovnává studenty vysoké školy a vyšší odborné školy, jejich míru prokrastinace a schopnost řídit svůj čas. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on time management of college students and their tendency to procrastinate. The thesis contains three main chapters and several subchapters. The work has practical and theoretical part. The first chapter of the theoretical part describes the concept of time management, time perception, history and development of time management, planning and time management techniques. The second chapter describes the concept of procrastination, causes of procrastination and how to fight with procrastination. The third chapter is focused on the description of the life of university students, it describes the differences between studying at university or college. The practical part consists from interview which compares students from universities and colleges, their degree of procrastination and the ability to manage their time. |
