| Abstract: | Tato práce s věnuje aktuální problematice zahraničních investic s důrazem na přímé zahraniční investice. Tento pojem je objasněn v první kapitole první části. Dále jsou probírané způsoby vstupu zahraničních firem na tuzemský trh a motivy pro přímé zahraniční investice. Druhá kapitola poté popisuje vývoj přímých zahraničních investic v jednotlivých letech do roku 2015. Třetí kapitola se zaobírá podporou přílivu prostřednictvím investičních pobídek. V této kapitole je také předložen vlastní výzkum preferencí investorů autora navazující na výzkum společnosti PricewaterhouseCoopers. Druhá část práce obsahuje dvě kapitoly zaobírající se charakteristikou přímých zahraničních investic v České republice a jejich následnou analýzou. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the current topic of foreign investments with the emphasis on foreign direct investments. This term is explained in the first chapter of the first part. Furthermore the first chapter goes over the means of entering the local market by foreign companies and the motivation for foreign investments. The second chapter describes the development of foreign direct investments in each year to the year 2015. The third chapter deals with the support of foreign direct investment inflow by means of investment incentives. This chapter also contains the authors own research of investor preferences that follows a research conducted by PricewaterhouseCoopers. The second part of this thesis contains two chapters that go over the foreign direct investment characteristics in the Czech republic and their analysis. |
