| Abstract: | Předložená práce se zaměřuje na implementaci strategického programu ve společnosti Pletiva Dobrý a Urbánek s.r.o. Úvodní kapitola obsahuje charakteristiku společnosti, po které následuje formulace strategického plánu pro období let 2017 2019. Třetí kapitola se zabývá analýzou prostředí externího i interního. V navazující kapitole jsou z dlouhodobých cílů vyvozeny krátkodobé cíle včetně klíčových indikátorů výkonnosti. V páté kapitole je sestaven finanční plán. Následně je navržen postup implementace strategického plánu pomocí strategických akcí. Práce je zakončena analýzou rizik a návrhem základních parametrů controllingu. Výstupy práce společnost využije jako základ svého strategického plánu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented diploma thesis is focused on an implementation of strategic programme in the Pletiva Dobrý a Urbánek, s.r.o. company. An introducory chapter includes a characteristic of the company, then a formulation of a strategic plan for the period between the years 2017 and 2019 follows. The third chapter deals with the environmental analysis external and internal as well. In the following chapter there are long-term goals deduced from short-term goals including key performance indicators. In the fifth chapter there is a financial plan compiled. Afterwards there is a procedure of implementation of strategic plan suggested with help of strategic actions. The thesis is finished with risks analysis and a draft of basic parameters for controlling. The company will use the thesis outputs as a base of its strategic plan. |
