Abstract:	Cílem této práce je představit projekt, který se uchází o podporu z fondů Evropské unie. Projekt jsem zpracovávala v Zemědělském družstvu vlastníků Štichovice, které se nachází asi 35 km severozápadně od Plzně. Praktické části práce předchází teoretický úvod, ve kterém analyzuji stav českého zemědělství, zabývám se problematikou strukturálních fondů EU a konkrétně Programem rozvoje venkova. Daná investice totiž žádá o získání prostředků právě z Programu rozvoje venkova. Praktická část práce se zabývá konkrétním projektem. Ten je nejprve představen zeširoka v podobě stavby sil ke skladování obilnin. Posléze vyčleňuji projekt stavby čističek a příjezdových cest k těmto silům, které jsou předmětem žádosti o dotaci. Velmi důležitou součástí mé diplomové práce je výpočet návratnosti investice stavby sil. Použity jsou ukazatele jako čistá současná hodnota, vnitřní výnosové procento nebo doba návratnosti. Veškeré výpočty jsou provedeny nejprve bez využití dotace z Programu rozvoje venkova, poté v případě využití dotace. Každý projekt je spojen s určitými riziky, a i proto je jedna kapitola věnována analýze rizik, která mohou daný projekt v negativním smyslu ovlivňovat. Na závěr uvádím shrnující informace o projektu a jeho návratnosti, které jsem zjistila na základě pečlivě provedených výpočtů.
Abstract in different language:	The aim of my thesis is to present a project that is applying for support from the European Union funds. I worked on the project at the ZDV in Stichovice that is located about 35 km northwest of Pilsen. The practical part of the thesis is preceded by a the theoretical introduction, where I analyze the current state of the agriculture in the Czech Republic and I deal with the EU Structural Funds issues, in particular the Rural Development Program. The reason for this is that the evaluated investment is applying for financial support from the above mentioned program. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the project itself. At first, the project of the grain storing silos construction is introduced in general. Then I focus on the construction of water treatment facilities and access roads to the silos that would be the beneficiaries of the grant. Calculation of the payback period of the silos construction is a very important part of my thesis. I used the following indicators for the calculations: Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return and Payback period. At first, I provide calculations for the case without using a grant from the Rural Development program and later with the grant being used. Since every project has its risks, I dedicated one chapter to analysis of the risks that could negatively influence the project. In conclusion, I provide summary of the project as well as its payback period that I calculated.
