| Abstract: | Diplomová práce pojednává o strategii nákupu v mezinárodním obchodě. Zaměřuje se zejména na nákup a dovoz zboží z Thajska. V první části práce jsou vypracovány literární zdroje z oblasti mezinárodního obchodu. Dále autorka popisuje komponenty kupní smlouvy a mezinárodních dokumentů. Praktická část je zaměřena na obchodní případ dovozu rýže z Thajska do České republiky a potřebné podklady k uskutečnění obchodního případu. V závěru práce jsou interpretovány doporučující návrhy pro společnost AVAS EXPORT-IMPORT. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with strategy of purchase in the international trade. It focuses mainly on purchase and import products from Thailand. In the first part there are described the literary sources of international trade. Furthermore the authoress describes parts of purchase contract and international documents. The practical part is focused on description business case of import rice from Thailand to Czech republic. In the conclusion, the results of the survey are interpreted and thereafter the results are described with recommending proposals for company AVAS EXPORT-IMPORT. |
