| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá nekalými praktikami v obchodě na trhu B2C. Rozebírá téma v teoretické rovině a představuje právní úpravu nekalých praktik a ochrany spotřebitele v České republice a Evropské unii. Práce představuje konkrétní příklady nekalých praktik, uvádí srovnání situace v České republice a Evropské unii a provádí marketingový výzkum o povědomí spotřebitelů o ochraně před nekalými praktikami. Na základě výzkumu formuluje závěry. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with unfair business practices on the B2C market. The thesis analyzes the topic in the theoretical level and analyzes the legal regulation of unfair practices and consumer protection in the Czech Republic and the European Union. The thesis presents particular examples of unfair practices, presents a comparison of the situation in the Czech Republic and the European Union and carries out marketing research on consumers' awareness of the protection against unfair practices. Based on the research, the thesis formulates conclusions. |
