| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na logistiku obchodní firmy T.G., a.s. Cílem práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit jednotlivé logistické procesy firmy. Pro realizaci této práce bylo využito odborné literatury, vnitropodnikových předpisů a vykonané praxe. V úvodu pojednávám o teorii logistiky s jejími základními pojmy. Následuje představení firmy včetně její historie a popisu její obchodní činnosti. Stěžejní část práce věnuji procesu objednávání zboží, dopravě, skladování a následné expedici. Závěrečná část se věnuje zhodnocení procesů s návrhy pro zlepšení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The Bachelor's thesis is focused on logistics of trading company T.G., a.s. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate individual logistic processes of the company. In order to carry out this thesis, professional literature, internal regulations and own intership were used. At the beginning I deal with the theory of logistics and its basic concepts. Following the company's introduction including its history and description of its business activities. The mainstay part of the thesis is devoted to the proces of ordering goods, transportation, storage and subsequent expedition. The final part is dedicated to the evaluation of processes and proposals for improvement. |
