| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním Územního plánu katastrálního území Želetava. Před zpracováním územního plánu a jeho výkresů bylo nutné provést terénní šetření v zájmovém území a prostudovat problematiku územního plánování. Cílem práce je prostřednictvím územního plánu vymezit pravidla a směr pro budoucí rozvoj zájmového území. Výsledky práce budou prakticky využity. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is working with elaboration of the land use plan of the cadastral area of Želetava. Prior to the elaboration of the land use plan and its drawings, it is necessary to be acquainted with the area of interest and problematics of spatial planning. The aim of the thesis is to define the rules and direction for the future development of the territory through the land use plan. |
