| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout a vytvořit hardware a software polohovací jednotky pro mikroskop, která bude připevněna k manuálnímu polohovacímu mechanismu a bude ovládat motory automatického řízení. V práci je popsán teoretický výběr akčních členů, mikrokontroléru a ostatních integrovaných obvodů. Praktická část obsahuje návrh komunikace mezi mikrokonrolérem a osobním počítačem, návrh plošného spoje,firmware pro mikrokontrolér a uživatelské rozhraní pro osobní počítač. Součástí realizace bylo vytvoření testovací desky, na které byla testována činnost celé jednotky. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this Diploma Thesis is to design and create hardware and software for Positioning unit for microscope. This unit will be fixed to manual locating mechanism and will control motors of automatic drive. Theoretic selection of actuators, microcontroller and other integrated circuits are described in this thesis. The practical part includes proposal of communication between microcontroller and personal computer, proposal of PCB design, firmware for microcontroller and user interface for personal computer. For the subject of investigation a test plate which served for testing correct functioning of the whole unit was created. |
