| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním leasingového financování ve dvou účetních systémech, české účetní legislativy a mezinárodních účetních standardů, konkrétně IAS 17 Leasingy a IFRS 16 Leasingy. Zpočátku je věnována pozornost právní úpravě leasingového financování z pohledu české legislativy a z pohledu Mezinárodních účetních standardů IAS/IFRS. V závěru teoretické části je tabulka shrnující rozdíly mezi českou účetní legislativou, IAS 17 a IFRS 16. Následně jsou v praktické části tyto teoretické poznatky aplikovány a je analyzován vliv jednotlivých účetních systémů na účetní výkazy a vybrané finanční ukazatele. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main aim of this diploma thesis is to compare the area of leasing financing in two different accounting systems, the Czech Accounting Legislation and International Accounting Standards, particularly IAS 17 Leases and IFRS 16 Leases. At the beginning of this work there is part that is focused on the legislation of lease in the Czech Republic and on the lease regulation in the International Accounting Standards IAS/IFRS. At the end of the theoretical part there is a tab that shows the differences between lease financing in Czech accounting legislation, IAS 17 and in the IFRS 16. Consequently, in practical part this theoretical knowledge is applied and the influence of each accounting system on financial reports and selected financial indicators is analyzed. |
