dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na analýzu výkonnostních ukazatelů v malých municipalitách. Teoretická část popisuje výkonnost a měření na obecné úrovni. Dále charakterizuje příjmy a výdaje municipálních celků. Další část teoretické části definuje možnosti měření vlastní výkonnosti na úrovni municipalit. Praktická část se věnuje konkrétním obcím a jejich měření výkonnosti. Poté jsou v praktické části shrnuty komplexní výsledky měření z pohledu autorky i z pohledu obyvatel daných obcí. V závěru diplomové práce jsou zhodnoceny výsledky a formulovány doporučení jednotlivým obcím.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThe submitted diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of performance indicators in small municipalities. The theoretical part describes performance and measurement at a general level. It further characterizes the revenues and expenses of the municipal units. The next part of the theoretical part defines the possibilities of measuring the performance at the municipal level. The practical part is devoted to particular municipalities and performance of their measurement. The practical part summarizes the complex results of the measurements from the point of view of the author and from the point of view of the inhabitants of the given municipalities. The results are evaluated and the recommendations of the individual municipalities are formulated in the end of the diploma thesis.en
