| Abstract: | Předložená diplomová práce na téma Analýza povinnosti auditu ve vybraných zemích je zaměřena na komparaci právních předpisů upravující auditorskou profesi a povinnost ověření účetní závěrky auditorem v České republice a všech sousedících státech. Teoretická část práce se zabývá vymezením auditorské profese, její historie, interního auditu a controllingu. Následně je provedeno porovnání a zmínění rozdílů mezi externím auditem, interním auditem a controllingem. Druhá část práce obsahuje deskripci právních předpisů jednotlivých států a jejich následnou komparaci se zmíněním všech základních rozdílů. Poslední částí práce je věnována dotazníkovému šetření, který se zaměřuje na zjištění míry překrytí externího auditu s controllingem a vnitřním kontrolním systémem v podnicích různé velikosti |
| Abstract in different language: | Presented master thesis on the theme Analysis of the audit obligation in selected countries is focused on a comparison of legal regulations about audit profession and obligation to have audited financial statements by auditors in the Czech republic and in all neighboring countries. The theoretical part defines profession of auditors, its history, internal audit and controlling. Differences between external audit, internal audit and controlling are compared and described. The second part of the thesis contains description of legal regulations and their comparison. Practical part of the thesis contains also a questionnaire survey which aims to analyze system of external audit, internal audit and controlling in enterprises of all sizes in the Czech republic |
