| Abstract: | Tématem diplomové práce je problematika treasury managementu a jeho aktivit. V teoretické části práce je nejprve definován samotný treasury management a jeho význam pro podnik. Dále je popsána oblast cash managementu, jež je mnohými autory brána za nejdůležitější část samotného treasury managementu. Poté je rozebrán pojem risk management a jeho možné dopady na podnik. Praktická část se na začátku věnuje představení vybraného podniku. Dále je podnik analyzován z hlediska aktivit treasury managementu. Závěr práce je věnován zhodnocení vybraným oblastem současného finančního hospodaření vybrané společnosti a možný návrhům na zlepšení v oblasti aktivit treasury managementu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The subject of this diploma thesis is the issue of treasury management and its activities. In the theoretical part of the thesis, it is first defined the treasury management itself and its importance for the enterprise. It also describes the area of cash management, which is considered by many authors to be the most important part of the treasury management itself. Then, the concept of risk management and its possible impacts on the enterprise is analyzed. The practical part is devoted to introducing the selected business at the beginning. Additionally, the enterprise is analyzed in terms of treasury management activities. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to evaluation of the current financial management of the selected company and possible suggestions for improvement in the field of treasury management activities. |
