| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu měření a řízení finanční výkonnosti podnikatelského subjektu. Cílem práce je provedení finanční analýzy dle tradičních ukazatelů a analýzu dle moderního ukazatele EVA. Teoretická část práce se zabývá pojmy, které s tématem práce úzce souvisejí. Zabývá se také přístupy různých autorů k měření a řízení finanční výkonnosti. V praktické části je blíže představen podnik a poté následuje finanční analýza společnosti, po níž je provedena analýza dle ukazatele EVA. V závěru práce je doporučeno zavedení vhodných opatření do budoucna. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of measurement and management of the financial performance of the entrepreneurial subject. The aim of this work is to perform financial analysis according to traditional indicators and analysis according to the modern EVA indicator. The theoretical part deals with concepts closely and it also discusses approaches by various authors to measure and manage financial performance. In the practical part is presented analyzed company, followed by the financial analysis and analysis according to the EVA indicator. In conclusion, the author recommends the implementation of appropriate measures for the future. |
