| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá příslušenstvím k měření osciloskopem, kterými jsou osciloskopické sondy. V první části se nachází přehled dostupných sond s krátkým vysvětlením rozdílů mezi nimi. Před samotným návrhem je uvedeno, jaké aktivní prvky je možné pro stavbu sondy použít. Praktická část se věnuje návrhu aktivní osciloskopické sondy, její realizaci a také měření hotového výrobku. V závěru práce lze najít shrnutí naměřených dat a vyhodnocení výsledků. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the oscilloscope measuring accessories, which are oscilloscope probes. In the first part there is an overview of available probes with a short explanation of the differences between them. Before designing, it is started, which active elements can be used for the construction. The practical part deals with the design of an active oscilloscope probe, its realization and the measurement of the final product. At the end of this thesis is a summary of the measured data and evaluation of the results. |
