| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje popis kineziologie páteře, celého hrudního koše, hlubokého stabilizačního systému a poruch plynoucí z jeho inaktivace. Praktická část je tvořena kvalitativním výzkumem v podobě 4 kazuistických šetření u jedinců s poruchou aktivace hlubokého stabilizačního systému. Porovnání vstupního a výstupního vyšetření poukazuje na zlepšení aktivace hlubokého stabilizačního systému zejména v podobě nácviku bráničního dýchání. Diskuze obsahuje srovnání hypotéz s výsledky vyšetření a s názory jiných autorů. Přílohy obsahují grafické znázornění problémů, edukativní list pro pacienty a cvičební jednotky. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the kinesiology of the spine, the whole thoracic basket, the deep stabilization system and the inactivity disorders. The practical part consists of qualitative research in the form of 4 case studies in individuals with a failure to activate a deep stabilization system. The comparison of the entry and exit examinations shows the improvement of the activation of the deep stabilization system in the form of respiratory respiration training. The discussion contains a comparison of the hypotheses with the results of the examination and with the opinions of other authors. Attachments include a graphical illustration of problems, an educational sheet for patients and exercise unit. |
