| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se podrobněji zabývá metodou ischemické komprese k ošetření trigger pointů v trapézovém svalu. Bylo použito objektivního i subjektivního hodnocení bolesti v místě trigger pointů před a po aplikaci ischemické komprese. Účinky ischemické komprese se testovaly na skupině 50 lidí. Z výsledků měření vyplývá, že u většiny probandů po aplikaci ischemické komprese dochází k odstranění trigger pointů, nebo aspoň k útlumu. Většina nalezených trigger pointů odpovídá rozmístění trigger pointů dle autorů Travellové a Simonse. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis focuses on the method of ischemic compression used in order to deal with trigger points in the trapezius muscle. Both objective and subjective assessments of pain at the trigger points before and after applying ischemic compression were used. The effects of ischemic compression were tested on 50 research participants. The results show that after ischemic compression is applied, the trigger points are eliminated, or at least diminished amongst most participants. The majority of found trigger points correspond with the arrangement of trigger points according to Travell and Simons. |
