| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce popisuje etiku v podnikatelském prostředí a legislativu s tímto tématem související. Nejdříve jsou uvedena teoretická východiska k problematice etiky a korektnosti v podnikání. Následuje úprava vztahů mezi obchodníky a jejich dodavateli a popis dané problematiky v evropském kontextu. Hlavním výstupem je zhodnocení začlenění etiky do podnikaní a znalosti legislativy mezi respondenty (spotřebitelé, firmy). Zjištěných výsledků bylo docíleno prostřednictvím dvou dotazníkových šetření. Etické či neetické jednání firem je zajímavým, stále aktuálním a hlavně nedořešeným tématem. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis describes ethics in the business environment and the legislation related to this topic. It first considers the theoretical background to the issue of ethics and fairness in business. It than looks at the relations between consumers and their suppliers and it describes the relevant problems in a European context. The central part of the thesis is an evaluation of the integration of ethics in business and of respondents´ (consumers, firms) knowledge of the law. The results found are based on data obtained in two surveys. Ethical or unethical behavior of companies is a topic of current interest, whose issues are by no means yet resolved. |
