| Abstract: | V mé bakalářské práci jsem se zabývala ošetřovatelskou péčí o pacienty s komplikacemi vředové choroby, vzniklé náhle bez varovných příznaků. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie a fyziologie žaludku a duodena. Navazují kapitoly obsahující informace o vzniku a příčinách vředové choroby, diagnostice a léčbě vředové choroby. Další kapitola se zabývá komplikacemi vředové choroby žaludku a duodena. Závěr teoretické části je věnován popisu ošetřovatelského procesu a modelu Marjory Gordonové. V praktické části jsou zpracovány dvě kazuistiky pacientek s komplikacemi vředové choroby žaludku. Obě byly hospitalizované na standardním chirurgickém oddělení a podstoupily akutní operaci. V první kazuistice popisuju ošetřovatelský proces u pacientky s krvácejícím žaludečním vředem. V druhé kazuistice je zpracována ošetřovatelská péče o pacientku s perforací žaludečního vředu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with nursing care of patients with complications of ulcer disease which is emerging suddenly, without any warning symptoms. The theses is divided into theoretical and analytical part. The detailed description of anatomy and physiology of stomach and duodenum is given in the theoretical part. It is followed by information about formation and cause of ulcer disease as well as diagnostics and treatment of ulcer disease. Following chapter is aimed on complications of ulcer disease of stomach and duodenum. Conclusion of the theoretical part is focused on description of nursing care according to Marjory Gordon. The analytical part deals with two case studies of patients with complications of stomach ulcer disease. Both patients were admitted to the department of surgery and underwent acute abdominal surgery. The nursing care of patient with acute bleeding from stomach ulcer is described in the first case. The second case study is aimed on nursing care of patient with perforated stomach ulcer. |
