| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o faktorech, které ovlivňují znalost základní a rozšířené resuscitace u všeobecných sester. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se věnuje nejen teorii resuscitace a jejímu rozdělení na základní (BLS) a rozšířenou (ALS), ale především se věnuje resuscitaci v kontextu práce všeobecné sestry. Je popsán postup resuscitace v nemocnici, úlohy a kompetence všeobecné sestry. Důraz je kladen na legislativní rámec vzdělávání všeobecné sestry. Poslední část je zaměřena na otázku vzdělávání dospělých, znalostní management a především na faktory, které určují individuální vzdělavatelnost a retenci znalostí. Praktická část má výzkumný charakter a zjišťuje, které faktory lze považovat za zásadní ve vztahu ke znalostem všeobecných sester. Současně jsou zjišťovány i samotné znalosti v oblasti resuscitace. Výstupem práce je návrh opatření pro praxi, která by měla zajistit optimální znalosti všeobecných sester v oblasti resuscitace. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with factors, those influence knowledge of basic and advancend life support (resuscitation) on nurses. The thesis is composed of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is focused not only on the theory of resuscitation in BLS and ALS mode, but it´s also aimed at resuscitation in the context of nurses´ work. Further is described in-hospital resuscitation and nurses´ competences. Emphasis is placed on the legislative scope of nurse education. The last part occupies with the matter of adult education, knowledge management and primarily with factors, which determinate individual educability and knowledge retention. The practical part has an explorative character and investigates which factors is possible to consider as principal in relation to nurse knowledge. Actual nurses´ knowledges of resuscitation are surveyed at the same time. The conclusion of the thesis are recommendations of practical arrangements, which should ensure optimal knowledge of resuscitation on nurses. |
