| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na ošetřovatelský proces u nemocných s kolorektálním karcinomem. V teoretické části je stručně popsána anatomie gastrointestinálního systému, charakteristika onemocnění, dále kapitoly zabývající se prevencí, diagnostikou a terapií onemocnění. Poslední kapitola se věnuje ošetřovatelské péči o onkologické pacienty. V praktické části jsou zpracovány dvě případové studie pomocí modelu M. Gordonové. V diskuzi jsou poté zmapovány a zhodnoceny jednotlivé problémy pacientů, které se rovněž snažím porovnat mezi sebou. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is mainly focused on the nursing process in care of patient with colorectal cancer. In the theoretical part is briefly described the anatomy of gastrointestinal tract, characteristics, prevention, diagnostics and therapy of the colorectal carcinoma. The last chapter is aimed to the nursing care of oncological patients. In the practical part are two case studies adapted with help of the M. Gordon nursing model. At the end of this bachelor thesis I'm trying to enumerate the main problems of those patients and also draw a comparison between patient number one and patient number two. |
