| Abstract: | Téma mé diplomové práce je analýza retribučního soudnictví. V práci se především zabývám vybranými retribučními procesy a hodnotím jejich míru spravedlnosti, přičemž stavím do kontextu historii vzniku retribučních dekretů, jejich věcný obsah a průběh retribučních procesů samotných. |
| Abstract in different language: | The subject of my diploma thesis is the analysis of the retributive judiciary. In particular, I study selected retribution processes and analyze their level of justice. I also put into context the historical conditions, the nature of the war crimes, legal content of the retribution decrees and the legality of the retribution processes. |
