| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku podpory podnikání a možnosti jejího využití pro malé a střední podniky. Teoretická část nejprve definuje malé a střední podniky, popisuje jejich význam, výhody a nevýhody. Dále obsahuje možnosti podpory podnikání a její poskytovatele, kteří jsou rozděleni do čtyř skupin. Přiblížena je zde koncepce podpory podnikání v České republice a programové období 2014-2020. Praktická část se zaměřuje na společnost ASTRO KOVO PLZEŇ, s. r. o., působící ve strojírenském odvětví. Obsahuje představení vybraného podnikatelského subjektu a přibližuje jeho okolí. Dále zhodnocuje využívání podpory podnikání společností do současnosti. V závěru práce je navržena možnost dalšího využití programu podpory, která popisuje realizaci projektu ve vybraném programu, a jsou popsány její přínosy. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is focused on entrepreneurship support and its potential use for small and medium enterprises. The theoretical part firstly defines small and medium enterprises and describes its meaning and its advatages and disadvatages. It also contains possibility of entrepreneurship support and its providers which are divided into four groups. The thesis includes the concept of entrepreneurship support in the Czech Republic and the programming period 2014-2020. The practical part is focused on the comapny ASTRO KOVO PLZEŇ, s. r. o., which is operating in the engineering sector. It contains an introduction of the selected business entity and describes its surroundings. Furthermore there is a evaluation of the use of the entrepreneurship support to the present. At the end of the thesis an another use of the support program is proposed which describes the implementation of the project in the selected program and its benefits are described here in this final part. |
