| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je popsat vývoj soudnictví tak, jak se vyvíjelo od 2. poloviny 19. století na území rakouské monarchie, tedy i na území dnešního českého státu. Snažil jsem se chronologicky popsat vývoj soudnictví od roku 1848 a popsat činnost osob, které se na výkonu soudnictví podíleli. |
| Abstract in different language: | This theses focus on development of judicial system in the second half of the 19th century. After defining the concept of judiciary I deal with the legal form until 1867 and after this year. The historic landmark is the year 1848, which was the beginning of big changes not just in the judicial system. |
