| Abstract: | Výzkum byl zaměřen na malakofaunu tří oblastí v okolí Plzně, a to oblast Zábělé, oblast Tymákova a oblast mezi Letkovem a Božkovem. Výzkum probíhal od července do října 2017. První kapitola popisuje charakteristiky jednotlivých území (geologické podloží, klimatické podmínky, vegetační kryt) a ostatní kapitoly prezentují kvalitativní a kvantitativní data měkkýšů z 57 lokalit. Celkově bylo sebráno 3835 jedinců a určeno 45 druhů. Z nich 13 patřilo mezi vodní měkkýše. Významné jsou tři závornatky (Alinda biplicata, Clausilia pumila a Cochlodina laminata), které se vyskytovaly dohromady s dalšími typicky lesními druhy (Acanthinula aculeata, Aegopinella pura) v okolí Letkova. Překvapivý byl nález téměř ohroženého druhu Physa fontinalis v okolí Zábělé. Dále byly nalezeny dva invazivní druhy (Monacha cartusiana, Arion vulgaris). Běžné malakocenózy byly místy doprovázeny přísně lesními druhy (Acanthinula aculeata, Vertigo antivertigo, Clausilia pumila), které indikují relativní zachovalost místních lesů v okolí Letkova a Zábělé. |
| Abstract in different language: | The research has been focused to the inventory research of the mollusc fauna in the three areas near Pilsen: marginal part of the Zábělá Nature Reserve, the vicinity of Letkov village and the vicinity of Tymákov village. The research preceeded from July to October 2017. The first chapters described general characters of the areas (geology, climate, botany). Next chapters present qualitative and quantitative data of mollusc samples of 57 localities. In total 3835 mollusc specimens and 45 species were determined. Of them, thirteen belong to fresh-water species. Three clausilids (Alinda biplicata, Clausilia pumila, Cochlodina laminata) together with other typically woodland species (Acanthinula aculeata, Aegopinella pura) were observed in the Letkov area. One almost endangered species (Physa fontinalis) was sampled in the Tymákov area. One vulnerable species (Vertigo antivertigo) was sampled in the Zábělá area. Two invasive species were observed (Monacha cartusiana, Arion vulgaris). Moderate gastropod diversity, together with occurrence of some sensitive species (e.g. Acanthinula aculeata, Vertigo antivertigo, Clausilia pumila) indicates that some small sites, both woodland- and wetland- type, are only moderately affected by urbanitization in last decates. |
