| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je založena na analýze účetní závěrky a uzávěrky společnosti Škoda Machine Tool a.s.. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány právní normy upravující účetnictví, účetní zásady, procesy účetní uzávěrky a účetní závěrky, metody finanční analýzy. V praktické části je nejprve charakterizována společnost, dále je proveden rozbor účetní uzávěrky a závěrky, poslední část je věnována finanční analýze. Závěr práce popisuje a zhodnocuje finanční situaci společnosti v letech 2012 až 2016. |
| Abstract in different language: | The Bachelor thesis is based on analysis of financial statements and closing books of company Škoda Machine Tool. Thesis is separated in theoretical and practical parts. In theoretical part are described legal standards governing accounting, accounting standards, functions and principles of accounting, processes conected to closing books and methods of financial analysis. There are characteristics of company in the first part, in next part there is analysis of financial statements and in last part is focused on financial analysis. The last part of the thesis describes and evluates financial situation of company in years from 2012 to 2016. |
