| Abstract: | Práce se zaměřuje na charakteristiku problematiky balančních cvičení. Popisuje vhodnost rovnovážných cviků jednotlivě pro vybrané skupiny populace v rámci této bakalářské práce. Zároveň je propojena s webem www.pohybemkezdravi-cz.webnode.cz, kde jsou stručně a jasně popsány jednotlivé cviky a to jejich název pomocí názvosloví, správné provedení, chyby v provedení a přínosy. |
| Abstract in different language: | The work is focused on the characteristics of the balancing exercises. It describes the suitability of equilibrium exercises individually for selected population groups within this bachelor thesis. At the same time, it is linked to the website www.pohybemkezdravicz.webnode.cz, where there the individual exercises are briefly and clearly described, using their nomenclature, correct exercise performing, wrong exercise performing and its benefits. |
