| Abstract: | Předložená práce "Implementace ERP systému ve vybrané společnosti se zohledněním aspektů interní komunikace" se zabývá procesem implementace podnikového informačního systému včetně jeho dopadu na komunikaci uvnitř společnosti. Kromě představení teoretických východisek práce pojednává i o životním cyklu ERP systému a nákladech, které se k jednotlivým fázím vážou. Na závěr práce autorka uvádí doporučení a návrh analýz, které by bylo vhodné zařadit do procesu implementace a zlepšit tak nejen celý proces zavádění, nýbrž i komunikaci v rámci podniku. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented thesis "Implementation of an ERP system in acompany, with aspects of internal communication" explains the process of implementing a corporate information system, including its impact on the communication within a company. In addition to introducing the theoretical starting points, the thesis discusses the life cycle of the ERP system and the costs that relate to the individual phases. In conclusion, the author presents recommendations and suggestions after analyzing the parts of the implementation process, including examples of how an ERP system can improve communication within a company. |
