| Abstrakt: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na logistiku společnosti Trio-D s.r.o. Cílem práce je popsat logistické činnosti v podniku. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny a popsány základní logistické pojmy a činnosti. Praktická část začíná popsáním podniku Trio-D s.r.o., rozšířeným marketingovým mixem a průběhem prodejů během roku. Následuje popis dopravní společnosti využívané podnikem Trio-D s.r.o. a popis objednání a tvorby ceny dopravy. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu nákladů dopravy zboží ze skladů k zákazníkům. Dále práce popisuje kroky vedené podnikem v průběhu celé zakázky, toky zboží a informací na této cestě. V závěrečné části autor navrhuje nová řešení, která doporučuje zavést v podniku. V průběhu realizace bakalářské práce bylo využito odborné literatury a osobních konzultací se zaměstnanci a majiteli podniku a osobních konzultací se zaměstnanci firem spolupracujících s uvedenou společností. |
| Abstrakt v dalším jazyce: | This undergraduate thesis focuses on the logistics of the Trio-D s.r.o. company. Its aim is to describe the logistic processes in the firm. In its theoretical part the thesis describes relevant items and actions related to logistics. The practical part begins with the description of the Trio-D s.r.o. company, the broadened marketing mix and the process of individual sales during the period of a year. Further on, there is a description of the transport company cooperating with the Trio-D s.r.o., and the description of the ordering and pricing of the transport.The undergraduate thesis provides the analysis of the costs of the shipment of goods from the warehouse to customers. The thesis also shows individual steps of the company throughout the whole process of the order, and the flow of goods and information on this way.In the final part of the undergraduate thesis the author proposes a few new solutions to be introduced in the company. In the implementation of this undergraduate thesis the author made use of technical literature, personal consultations and interviews with the employees and the owners of the company as well as with the employees of the firms cooperating with the above mentioned company. |
