The main task of this software and hardware complex is continuous monitoring of the environment for the state, forecasting, prevention and elimination of consequences. The hardware and software system, developed on the basis of the IOT concept, will allow to keep a single record of the environment from anywhere in the world where there is access to Ethernet or mobile Internet.
