| Abstract: | Předložená práce se zaměřuje na analýzu systému controllingu a na identifikaci možností a překážek jeho využití při řízení podniku. V průběhu textu jsou podrobně představeny některé metody controllingu. V souladu s analýzou vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí vybraného podniku je výstupem práce návrh těch metod, které by vhodně doplnily využívaný systém controllingu a tak zvýšily jeho efektivnost jako podpory řízení. Kromě toho by zvolené metody mohly přispět k eliminaci rizik, která byla v průběhu analýz identifikována. |
| Abstract in different language: | Presented theses is focused on the analysis of the controlling system and on the identification of opportunities and barriers in its use in business management. There are several methods of controlling introduced in detail throughout the text. Based on the analysis of the external and internal environment of the company, the output of the thesis is a proposal of particular methods, which would both appropriately complete the existing system and increase its efficiency as a management support. Moreover, the chosen methods could also contribute to the elimination of risks which were identified within the analyses. |
