| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá plánováním a finančními prognózami, které je ukázáno na konkrétní společnosti Straka 82, s.r.o. Teoretická část slouží jako východisko, kde jsou popsány metody a přístupy plánování, analyzování a prognózování, a to zejména z dlouhodobého hlediska. Praktická část aplikuje teoretické znalosti uvedené v první části práce na podnikovém plánování společnosti Straka 82, s.r.o. Nejprve je společnost analyzována z pohledu okolí i finančního zdraví, což slouží jako podklad k predikci některých položek. Závěrečný výstup této práce je zhodnocení efektivnosti finančního plánování a navržení případných zlepšení ve zkoumané společnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis is focused on the planning and financial projections, which is shown on the example of a small company Straka 82, s.r.o. The theoretical part serves as a starting point which describes methods of planning, analyzing and forecasting, especially in the long run. Practical part uses the knowledge from the theoretical part referred in the first part of the business planning of a company Straka 82 s.r.o. First, the company is analyzed in terms of area and financial health, which serves as a basis for predicting certain items. The final output of this work is to evaluate the effectiveness of financial planning and proposing any improvement in the researched company. |
