| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou významu osobnosti učitele z pohledu žáků konkrétního oboru na SZŠ a VOŠZ Plzeň. V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsem se zabývala studiem literatury, která se vztahuje k osobnosti učitele, jeho motivaci pro toto povolání a ke specifické náplni jeho práce. V praktické části jsem vyhodnocovala dotazníkové šetření "Hodnocení učitele žákem". Cílem práce bylo zjistit jak žáci subjektivně vidí konkrétního učitele, jaké vlastnosti u něj oceňují, jaký je jeho osobní přístup k nim i vyučovací metody které při výuce používá. |
| Abstract in different language: | My bachelor´s worh is dealing with the importance of a teacher´s personality from a point of vien of particular branch students in SZŠ and VOŠZ, Plzeň. In the theoretical part of my work I was concerned with studies of literature which revers to a teacher´s personality, his/her motivation for the profession and with a specific contend of teacherś work. In the practical part I assessed my guestionnaire research "Teacher´s Evaluation by a Student". The aim of my work was to find out hon students see a particular teacher, witch of his/her gualities Theky appreciate what is his/her personal attitude to students and what teaching methods he/she uses. |
