Abstract: Bakalářská práce na téma "Genderové aspekty žáků středního odborného učiliště" obor Kuchař - číšník se zabývá genderem v gastronomii z hlediska historie, začleněním gendera do vyučovacího procesu a komunikací rodičů obou pohlaví se školou. Praktická část se zabývá názory žáků a žákyň na problematiku genderových stereotypů na učebním oboru Kuchař - číšník.
Abstract in different language: The thesis Gender aspects of vocational school apprentices, Cook - Waiter branch first deals with gender in gastronomy in historical context. Second, it includes thegender issues in education, and last, but not least, parent involving in terms ofcommunication with school institution (both mother and father). The practical part declares male and female apprentices opinions on gender stereotypes in Cook - Waiter Branch.
