| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce si kladla za cíl posoudit, nakolik důležité a nakolik efektivní je zapojení rodin klientů terapeutických komunit pro mladistvé nealkoholové toxikomany do procesu léčby a výchovy. První část teoretického základu této práce zevrubně popisuje proces vzniku závislosti, přičemž zvláštní pozornost je věnována sociálním aspektům závislosti a také rozebírá roli, jakou v různých modelech léčby hraje rodina; druhá část se zaměřuje na vývoj terapeutických komunit v zahraničí a v České republice. Třetí část je případovou studií západočeské výchovně léčebné jednotky Medvědí Kámen, jež se vyznačuje právě vysokou mírou spolupráce s rodinami svých výhradně mladistvých klientů. Na rozboru vnitřních pravidel této terapeutické komunity spolu s analýzou výpovědí pacientů byl demonstrován pozitivní vliv integrace rodin do léčebného procesu, a to zejména proto, že opětovné budování vztahů s rodinnými příslušníky úspěšně funguje jako motivace do budoucna. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this undergraduate thesis was to evaluate how important and how effective it is to cooperate with the families of clients in therapeutic communities for teenage non-alcoholic drug addicts. The first section of the theoretical part of this paper contains a detailed description of various conditions leading to drug addiction where a special focus is given to social implications of drug abuse; the role of family is also considered with respect to the treatment. The second section delves into the history of therapeutic communities in the Czech Republic and abroad. The practical part of this thesis consists of a case study of the "Medvedi Kamen" therapeutic community for teenagers located in Western Bohemia, a substance abuse treatment unit known for its emphasis on the integration of family in the treatment process. An investigation of the internal rules of this therapeutic community combined with an analysis of interviews with most of its patients served as a proof of the hypothesis that the influence of cooperating with the clients families is beneficial. The main reason that was found is the fact that reestablishing stable family relationships can be seen as a challenge motivating the patients to try hard to work on themselves. |
