| Abstract: | Krátký film Elisabeth chodí bosa je psychologické drama pojednávájící o psychických problémech mladé dívky. Ta je vystavena nepříjemným situacím ve svém životě, které jí tyto problémy způsobí. Posléze je dívce nabídnuta alternativní léčebná metoda. Cílem díla je kromě přiblížení daného problému společnosti také donucení diváka více přemýšlet nad významem filmu, symbolikou, nebo rozpoutání následné diskuze. Proto sem se touto prací snažil vybočit z klasické konzumní kinematografie, dbát především na jednoduchost a upřímnost provedení, doplněné alternativní hudební částí. |
| Abstract in different language: | The short movie - 'Barefoot Elisabeth' is a drama about a young girl with emerging mental health issues. She faces inconvenient situations in her daily life, which she is unable to deal with. After some time the main character decides to try out an alternative form of treatment. The piece should bring the viewer closer to the mental health issues dwelling in our society. Furthermore, it should act as a trigger for the viewer's ideas about the whole purpose of the piece, symbolism and provoke a discussion. I decided to choose an alternative form of cinematography, its main strengths are its simplicity and honesty as such accompanied with a slightly less mainstream musical background. |
