| Abstract: | Disertační práce přináší první český překlad Hilbertova díla Grundlagen der Geometrie (1899). V textu je nejprve kniha prezentována z historické perspektivy. Hilbertovo dílo je představeno a rozebráno v souvislosti s pracemi jeho kolegů, zejména z univerzity v Göttingenu. V práci je věnována pozornost tomu, co předcházelo Hilberově dílu v geometrii. Diskutovn je také Hilbertův vliv na další disciplíny. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis presents the first Czech translation of David Hilbert's book Grundlagen der Geometrie (1899). In our succeeding text we first present the book from a historical perspective, and we introduce Hilbert's work together with the work of his colleagues, mainly at Göttingen University. We introduce what preceded Hilbert's book in the field of geometry. We also briefly discuss Hilbert's influence on other disciplines. |
