| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce nesoucí název Právní ochrana zvířat a zvěře se komplexně zabývá problematikou ochrany zvířat od historie po současnost. Hlavními cíli této diplomové práce je poukázat na důležitost respektu ke zvířatům jako našim bližním a jako nepostradatelné součásti světových ekosystémů a především na základě zhodnocení cesty k ochraně zvířat, současného stavu právní ochrany zvířat a jeho problematik u nás v České republice a právního stavu ochrany v jiných státech doporučit postup k ještě účinnější ochraně zvířat do budoucna. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis entitled The Legal Protection of Animals deals with complex issues of protection of animals from history to present. The main goals of this diploma thesis are to highlight the importance of respect for animals as people's neighbours on Earth and as indispensable components of world ecosystems, and above all on the basis of the evaluation of the way to animal protection, the current state of legal protection and its problems in the Czech Republic and the legal state of protection in some other states to recommend a procedure for the ideal protection of animals in the future. |
