| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou trestu obecně prospěšných prací a jeho úpravou v českém právním řádu. Cílem práce je poskytnout komplexní pohled na celé téma z hlediska historického vývoje obecně prospěšných prací, současné právní úpravy a řešení praktických otázek. Práci je rozčleněna do pěti kapitol, v nich se věnuji vývoji právní úpravy, systému alternativních trestů, procesu ukládání a výkonu trestu a komparaci právních úprav některých zahraničních států. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the issue of criminal proceedings of community service and its modification in the Czech legal order. The aim of the thesis is a comprehensive view of the topic from the perspective of the historical development of community service, the current legislation and the solution of practical issues. The thesis is divided into five chapters, in which it deals with the legislation, the system of alternative sanctions, the process of imposing and implementing legal regulations of some foreign states. |
