| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou trestněprávní ochrany životního prostředí v českém a německém právu. Cílem diplomové práce je interpretovat současnou a historickou trestněprávní ochranu životního prostředí v České republice. Jelikož je Česká republika členem mezinárodního společenství a Evropské unie a je odpovědná za dodržování povinností vyplývajících z těchto členství, zabývá se tato práce i mezinárodním právem a právem Společenství. V neposlední řadě diplomová práce zahrnuje současnou trestněprávní ochranu životního prostředí v německém právu a srovnává ji s českým právem. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis is dealing with the Criminal-Law Protection of the Environment in Czech and German law. The aim of the diploma thesis is current and historical interpretation of the criminal-law protection of the environment in the Czech Republic. Since the Czech Republic is the member of the international community and the European Union and is responsible for compliance with the obligation which arises from these memberships, the thesis deals with International and Community law as well. Last but not least, the diploma thesis encompasses current criminal-law protection of the environment in German law and compares it with Czech law. |
