| Abstract: | V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsem se zabývala komplexní procedurou vysocedávkované chemoterapie s autologní transplantací štěpu krvetvorných buněk se zaměřením především na vlastní aplikaci štěpu kryokonzervovaných krvetvorných buněk a jejími komplikacemi. V praktické části práce sleduji prostřednictvím kazuistiky pacienta se souběhem několika nežádoucích událostí po aplikaci kryokonzervaného štěpu krvetvorných buněk ošetřovatelská specifika aplikace štěpu autologních kryokonzervovaných buněk. |
| Abstract in different language: | Theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to the complex procedure of high-dose therapy and autologous transplantation of the graft of the hematopoietic cells. I focus on the specific procedure of the infusion of graft of cryoconserved stem cells and concomitant side effects. In the practical part I am describing the case report with simultaneous occurrence of adverse events during graft infusion. Using the case report I am emphasizing the specifics of the nurse care of this procedure. |
