| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce s názvem Vliv hysterektomie na život ženy se zaměřuje na změny v kvalitě života u žen po odstranění dělohy. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje obecně hysterektomii a jednotlivé typy zákroku, její důvody, komplikace, vyšetření pacientky a péči o pacientku na oddělení gynekologie. Další kapitola je věnována životu žen po odstranění dělohy, která zahrnuje fyzickou rekonvalescenci, klimakterium, sexualitu a psychiku ženy. Praktická část je zaměřená na vyhodnocení výsledků výzkumu pomocí grafů a tabulek doplněných popisem. Výsledkem této práce je zjištění, k jakým psychickým, fyzickým a sexuálním změnám nejčastěji dochází vlivem hysterektomie. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis operates with the topic of hysterectomy and the life-changing post-surgical aspects in the life of an afflicted woman. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part consists of general information of hysterectomy, its causes, complications, treatment and nursing care. The practical part focuses on the removal of the uterus, the steps of recovery and the climacteric, sexuality and mental state of the affected woman. There are desctriptive charts and graphical records enclosed. The main mental, physical and sexual changes caused by hysterectomy are highlighted in detail. |
