| Abstract: | První kapitola popisuje kineziologii a anatomii dolní končetiny. Druhá kapitola se věnuje historickým mezníkům a historii protéz. Ve třetí kapitole se práce zaměřuje na amputace a jejích úskalí. Čtvrtá kapitola řeší pohybové stupně aktivity. Pátá kapitola poukazuje na komfort lůžek a výhody a nevýhody pahýlových lůžek. V šesté kapitole je navrženo optimální vybavení protetické pomůcky na základě stupně pohybové aktivity. |
| Abstract in different language: | The first chapter describes the kinesiology and anatomy of the lower extremity. The second chapter is devoted to historical milestones and the history of prostheses. The third chapter focuses on amputation of its pitfalls. The fourth chapter deals with movement levels of activity. The fifth chapter points to the comfort of sockets and the advantages and disadvantages of transtibial sockets. In the sixth chapter, the optimal equipment of a prosthetic device is proposed based on the degree of physical activity. |
