Zeny mely vetsi tendenci podhodnocovat zatizeni operovane dolni koncetiny, zatimco muzi meli vetsi odchylky v namerenych udajich. Sledovani pacienti s cementovanym typem totalni endoprotezy kycelniho kloubu meli vyssi prumerny vek.
Abstract in different language: This bachelor thesis is concerned with the issue of weight distribution after an orthopedic surgery of the hip joint. It observes the ability to load the operated limb, which was in most cases increasing while the pain intensity was decreasing. Patients are almost pain-free at week 6, this confirms the association between pain intensity and the ability to load the limb. The weight distribution at week 6 after a surgery was not even except for two patients. There was an improvement in most patients after they were educated. Women had a greater tendency to underestimate the load on the operated lower extremity, while men had greater variations in the measured data. Those patients with a cemented type of total hip replacement had a higher average age. The purpose of weight distribution in patients after orthopedic hip surgery is to stres out the importance of even weight distribution.
